Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
United States: 5 to 9 business days after processing
International: 5 to 9 business days after processing, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on US orders over $95.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in your order total.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also find tracking information in your account dashboard.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Reza Origin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first.
If your package has not arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@rezaorigin.com within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, email hello@rezaorigin.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Your order number
We will replace the damaged product at no additional cost.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. If you need to update your address, email us at hello@rezaorigin.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
